old science originated in India, and brought to the United States by Yogi Bhajan some 40
years ago, Kundalini Yoga is for everyone – a blissful, challenging, celebratory practice
that will help you achieve greater joy in your life and relief, too, from back pain, stress,
addiction, depression, insomnia, and weight control issues.

Children’s Yoga
(ages 3-7)
Children uncover the exciting possibilities of yoga in this fun, educational journey into
their bodies and hearts. Guided by imagination, breath, and postures, young yoga students
learn new vocabulary, develop motor and movement skills, and understand balance and relaxation
through meditation and breathing techniques. Yoga adventure stories, songs, and animal postures
help young yogis to build focus, strength, and flexibility – while being playful and
joyful. Evidence strongly supports that yoga and meditation are among the most powerful
tools available to build your child’s confidence, concentration, self-discipline,
and compassion. All Levels.
Kids Yoga
(ages 8–12)
A more mature, but still entirely age appropriate yoga practice than the Children’s
Yoga class, Kids Yoga fosters community-building, trust, confidence, balance, and sports
injury prevention in a safe, joyful environment. Kids Yoga students engage in imaginative
play, stretching and breath work, dialogue about self-awareness and social involvement,
as well as slightly more challenging postures, perfect for developing minds, bodies, and
spirits. Partner poses and group meditations help children practice teamwork, building trust
and community between siblings, friends, and classmates. All
Levels.
Teen Yoga

the self, nature and the universe. Enjoy Lehua’s guiding flow of relaxation through
nourishing Qi Gong.
